Funny story....

I wanted to share a funny story. While attending the 2012 Fancy Food Show someone came up to me at the event and said, "Aren't you Lady E"?  Now, being from Oakland (born and raised) I quickly sized up the chap to determine ... is this guy hitting on me or wha? It was "wha"? He actually knew the blog! Seriously!
He said, "I made your Blackeyed Peas Soup and it was delicious! And I'm trying to make your Holiday Pie. It sounds really good"!
Okay I was a bit overcome with shock, disbelief and a little Oakland-ya-gotta-be-kidding-me. But, when we started sharing recipes, ideas, comments about Vendors... it was real.
Nice to know someone out in the wide-wide-eworld is reading.
