For all you Maui fan fans...you recognize this place. It's Paia Fish Market. The best place on Maui for simply prepared fresh fish. I was fortunate this summer to be blessed with a business trip to both Oaha and Maui. Each has a very distintic Island magic, but by far Maui is the place to go for fresh local fish simply prepared and easy on the wallet. Life is good on Maui!
