One of my favorite escapes in Northern California is Bouchon's Bistro in Yountville. Bouchon is an elegant, yet relaxed French dining with a twist in the midst of the wine country.

My favorite dishes are the beignets or the truffle french fries with a croque madame. But no one prepares reoasted chicken better than the French. Order the Poulet Roti and you won't be dissapointed.
