Happy Birthday, Julia Child!

The are many people over the years who have inspired me to explore the culinary arts. But, none more than Julia Child and Jacques Pepin. They not only prepared beautiful dishes, but they taught me how to cook. From the complex to the simply sublime nothing was off limits and I felt safe in the exploration.

Thank you Julia Child for taking a chance and following your dreams. Happiest of Birthday celebrations ... always remembered, never forgotten.
